SAVE TIME PLANNING WORKOUTS AND TRACKING CLIENTS’ PROGRESS

STEP 1: Enter client’s name. If it is a new client, a new profile will be automatically created.

STEP 2: Put in a category (e.g. Weight, BMI, Body fat, Note, Photo, Video). Choose one of the available categories or create your own without limits. Just enter the name of a new category and it will be automatically created for you.
